Boys Basketball

basketballThe EPC Boys Basketball Summer Program consists of team activities, weight lifting, shooting, dribbling, volunteering (Youth Basketball Camp), league play and tournament play. Students should take advantage of the opportunities to become a better basketball player for their TEAM while working TOGETHER this offseason.

The following is a list of opportunities for you to participate in this summer:

Shooting Club: Athletes will be challenged to shoot 10,000 shots this offseason. Basketball Players will have from May to October. *A log sheet will be provided.

Weight Training/Plyometrics: The weight room will be open throughout the mornings during the summer. During this time weight training, agility, shooting, and dribbling would be emphasized. A weight training program will be provided.
