Utilizing the Medal of Honor curriculum, the School District of Elmwood had adopted seven values that they will be integrating throughout the school year. The values are: Patriotism, Gratitude, Commitment, Citizenship, Integrity, Sacrifice, and Courage.
Each month the school with "kick off" with a new value. Prior to the new value being introduced, students who have demonstrated qualities of the previous month's value will be recognized in a school wide assembly. November's core value was "Patriotism" and congratulations to the reciptients Shelby Hall, Zach Awsumb, & Jesse Boltik.
Congratulations to Elmwood’s participants in the Boyceville Invitational Science Olympiad held on Dec. 6. 35 teams registered from across Wisconsin and Minnesota. The Robo-Cross team consisting of Brett Kitchner and Jaxon Klink placed 10th overall and the Crime Busters Team (pictured above-Mena Awsumb & Rachel Pfingsten) came in 16th. Well done Science Olympiads!!
