Elmwood School’s Equestrian Team

Giddy up! The Elmwood School Board has just approved the school’s first equestrian team. The Elmwood Equestrian Team (EET) will begin competing against other schools September 2013. As an equestrian team member, students grade 6-12 will compete in halter, English, western, trial and timed events at three horse shows in an attempt to win a trip to the state show. We are looking to put our team together this spring and hold practices over the summer. Riders will be expected to provide their own horse, tack, and transportation.
